G4S provides coast to coast service operating in 51 locations across Canada and employing over 3000 personnel. G4S Cash Services welcomes and encourages applications from qualified women, men, members of visible minorities, aboriginal persons and persons with disabilities.

Opportunities that would exist at various branches would be for the following positions:

• Drivers
• Guards
• ABM Technicians
• Cash, Coin and Vault personnel

G4S operates on a 24 hour - 7 day a week schedule. Hours may vary and the ability to work shifts and weekends is required. Most positions require you to carry a firearm during the performance of your duties.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• a valid full ‘G’ driver’s licence with no more than 3 de-merit points
• a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL – Restricted and Non-Restricted)
  not required for Cash room or administration positions

All applicants will undergo testing, including medical screening and full investigative background checks, that will include: Criminal, Credit, Past employment, and Reference checks.

If you are interested in joining the G4S team and do not have the required Possession and Acquisition Licence – Restricted and Non-Restricted, the following steps will assist you in acquiring this licence:

• Contact your local Police Department, Firearms Office, or College and ask for the applicable course.
• Attend and successfully complete the course requirements.
• Send away for the processing of your Possession & Acquisition – Restricted and Non-Restricted authorization card.
• Apply to G4S once you have received your card in the mail.
