G4S Security Services (Canada) Ltd. values the good work of its employees. We have organized several programs to recognize their outstanding achievements.

Outstanding Achievement Awards

We present annual awards in the following categories to individuals and/ or teams:

President's Humanitarian Award


Everyday we encounter stories of bravery; someone who went out of their way to help another person during an emergency. Whether it's stopping to help someone who has been in an accident; performing first aid or CPR or assisting in the delivery of a baby, this award acknowledges these noble acts.

In appreciation of the outstanding efforts demonstrated by some of our employees, who went above and beyond the call of duty, we present the President's Humanitarian Award. This award symbolizes our recognition of the efforts made by a particular employee in the preservation and promotion of human life.

Safe Driver Award


We recognize and compensate our safe drivers on an annual basis. For every year of accident-free safe driving, G4S awards $100 up to a full 10 years to a maximum of $1000.

Security Officer of the Quarter

Each district recognizes the good work and accomplishments of a security officer stationed at one of their client locations. Our management team and its client hold ceremonies and award certificates to the local winners.
