Recruitment & Training
Intensive security and customer service training ensures our officers deliver unparalleled on-the-job performance. We pre-select candidates for our team: they must pass a rigorous three-stage recruiting process (including an aptitude test) and attend a two-day basic training program at a security academy accredited by the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). Every officer receives an IFPO certificate upon graduation from the academy.
That’s not where it ends. We know our officers make a statement about your condominium environment. Before assigning any member of our team to your site, they receive 24-hours of tailored onsite training preparing them to manage a wide range of responsibilities from desk duties to patrol service.
