Equipped with hand held searchlights, our mobile supervisors can visit customer locations as often as required, anytime day or night.

Alarm Response

G4S can respond to an alarm at a customer’s site within minutes. All our patrol vehicles are equipped with multi-channel radio links to our 24-hour control centre. Our mobile supervisors will be swiftly dispatched to customer locations and are fully trained to handle any situation that may confront them upon arrival.

Whether it’s a situation requiring escalation to police or fire departments or arranging for an ambulance, our mobile supervisors will coordinate the appropriate management of the alarm response in an expeditious and professional manner.
