It is often difficult to plan for things that ‘might’ happen when day-to-day challenges dominate time schedules.  The Incident Management Centre (IMC) methodology is to ensure the proper positioning of its corporate clients in terms of effective incident planning.  Our services provide companies with quick and convenient positioning in order to manage even the most serious of threats.

With the IMC 24 hour hotline, operators have the ability to reach client decision makers in a reliable, sustainable and convenient manner.  This allows us to plan and implement a fully operational and sustainable Incident Management Plan (IMP) within a matter of days and in some case hours. Once positioned with a plan, the IMC team will work with customers to arrange a contact system with a professional support system that will meet their IMP requirements.
