Major shareholdings

G4S aims to provide details of any substantial shareholdings in the ordinary capital of G4S plc on a regular basis.

The directors have been notified of the following substantial shareholdings as at 20 May 2013 in the ordinary capital of G4S plc:

Invesco: 212,071,075 (15.03%)

Prudential: 89,325,538 (6.33%) – this includes the 80,962,276 (5.73%) notified separately by M&G Investment Funds

Harris Associates: 69,584,044 (4.93%)

Legal & General Group plc: 43,050,952 (3.05%)
