On 17 May 2012 G4S updated SRI investors on its corporate responsibility programme at a meeting hosted by Mark Elliott, Chairman of the G4S CSR Committee. View the CSR presentation.
Latest Annual Report & Accounts
The Annual Report & Accounts for G4S for the financial year ending December 2012 was published on 15 April 2013. The 2013 Report will be published in April 2014.

Credit Rating
On 9 March 2009, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (‘S&P’) assigned a 'BBB' long-term and 'A-2' short-term corporate credit rating to G4S plc. On 20th July 2012 S&P placed the ratings on CreditWatch Negative and subsequently on 5th November 2012 the ratings were downgraded to 'BBB-' long-term and 'A-3' short-term. The ratings outlook is stable.
