The company has been notified that, on 13 June 2011, Grahame Gibson a director of and person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, transferred in the UK 550,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc already held by him by means of a matched sale and purchase into a pension scheme in which he is a beneficiary. The market price of the shares at the time they were transferred was £2.8515 per share.
