The company was notified on 12 June 2012 by Legal & General Group Plc that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings, it now holds voting rights in the company in respect of 42,320,310 ordinary shares.
This amounts to 3% of the company’s total voting rights.
