Notification of major interest in shares
The company was notified on 6 July 2012 by Invesco Limited that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds voting rights in 70,852,161 ordinary shares.
This amounts to 5.02% of the company’s total voting rights.
