Notification of Major Shareholding
The company was notified today by Invesco Limited that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares over 172,396,241 ordinary shares.
This amounts to 12.22% of the company’s total voting rights.
