The company was notified on 13 April 2015 by BlackRock, Inc. that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 77,583,216 ordinary shares.  This amounts to 5.00% of the company’s total voting rights.
