Further to the announcement it made on 19 December 2014 to the NASDAQ OMX exchange in Copenhagen about its intended financial calendar for 2015, G4S plc, the world’s leading international security solutions provider, announces a correction.
Correction to Financial Calendar for 2015
Following changes to the rules applicable to UK listed companies to bring them in line with the EU Transparency Directive which mean that the issuing of Interim Management Statements is no longer required, and given the proximity to the announcement of its 2014 results, the company will not be making an Interim Management Statement in May 2015.
