Dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Ashley Almanza and Himanshu Raja, executive directors of G4S plc, notified the company on 16 March 2016 that they respectively acquired 191,935 and 134,786 G4S shares in the UK on 16 March 2016 at £1.8985 per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Almanza holds 341,935 G4S shares outright as well as 452,559 deferred shares and Mr Raja holds 234,786 G4S shares outright as well as 272,411 deferred shares.
In addition, the company was notified on 16 March 2016 that John Connolly, the chairman of the board, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc in the UK on 16 March 2016 at £1.881 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Connolly holds 309,642 G4S shares.
