Jewelry TV is a 24 hour television channel and online store selling products out of their facility in Tennessee which have come from as many as 300 vendors all over the world

When they undertook a review looking at their processes, and how they could reduce their risk and become more efficient and customer focused they realised they needed to make significant changes.

G4S listened to their requirements and made a proposal for a vendor management system combining Armoured and Insured parcels which gave Jewelry TV flexible shipping options, taking into account cost, risk and speed.

The G4S solution enabled products to be sent through its own parcel service to a facility in New York before going on to Jewelry TV’s head office in Tennessee.

For high value goods the solution used G4S’ armoured transport system, not just in the US, but in almost every country worldwide in which G4S is present to transport the goods securely onto a plane and on to the head office.

G4S and Jewelry TV have worked together to deliver a smart, efficient and secure solution which has resulted in an extremely successful company shipping nearly 6 million packages a year.
