G4S plc, the world’s leading security company, announces that, following customary regulatory clearances, it has completed the sale of G4S Finland to Nordic security group, Sector Alarm for an enterprise value of €17.5 million
G4S Finland Sale Completes
The sale of the business is part of the group’s on-going review of its portfolio of businesses to enhance its strategic focus and performance management.
G4S Finland is based in Helsinki and employs approximately 1,800 people. In the year to December 2015 it had revenues of approximately £56 million, covering the manned security, cash handling and technology systems markets.
