Well we changed the margins in the nuclear sector by employing what we call the regulated security solution approach. Two or three years ago the nuclear division of what was then the Wackenhut corporation was really just a manpower augmentation model so a nuclear client would need people to do the security so we provided people. And we did the training that was determined by the nuclear regulatory commission. That was about it.
Now it’s about a solution for the nuclear sector so we provide leadership, we provide specialist training, we provide technology and we put it all together on the basis that it’s a complete solution for that regulated security sector so that then has commanded higher pricing, higher margins for the sector and we see that as the journey for the future.
We did the NSSC acquisition towards the end of 2009 and this is part of our journey to build capability in technology and capability in consulting in the target sectors that we want to focus on in the years to come. NSSC has really the bulk of the nuclear energy sector as its customer base and was the company that the nuclear sector used as a consulting company to help them design the solutions in a post-9/11 situation.
Because they were designing the solutions, they ended up doing a lot of the implementation so they’ve got a lot of technology capability as well so that consulting and that technology capability that has built on the back of the nuclear sector really completes our regulated security solution model for the nuclear sector.
But now with regulation increasing enormously in the chemical sector through what’s called the CFATS regime, so the same kind of anti-terrorism standards are going to have to be adopted for chemical, for oil and gas, we can use that NSSC expertise to actually provide solutions in the much bigger chemical sector so it’s really exciting.
