Group 4 Securicor plc - Appointment of Advisors
Morgan Stanley and Greenhill have been appointed as joint financial advisers to the company.
Deutsche Bank has been appointed as corporate brokers to the company.
KPMG has been engaged as auditors to the company for 2005 and will be proposed for formal appointment by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June. PricewaterhouseCoopers, currently joint auditors of the company, will be resigning. The company’s 2004 audit will be completed by Baker Tilly.
