Further to the announcement it made on 16 February 2007, Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, announces the completion on 14 March 2007 of the acquisition of the 50.1% stake in Fidelity Cash Management Services (PTY) Ltd (FCMS) and 100% of FCMS's businesses in Lesotho, Namibia and Botswana for a cash consideration of £18.1m.
