Further to its announcement of 4 September 2006, Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, announces that it has acquired the remaining 50% shareholding in Alfa Security Services from Companhia de Moçambique, SARL through the exercise of an option at a predetermined fixed price. Alfa Security Services is a market leader in manned security, security systems and cash services in Mozambique and now has gross assets of US$ 6.4 million.
