G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Thorleif Krarup, one of its non-executive directors, is to become chairman of the board of Nutri Pharma ASA, a Norwegian pharmaceutical company listed on the Oslo stock exchange, with effect from 25 February 2010.

Mr Krarup will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
