2. Credit Suisse AG;
2.1 Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd; and
2.2 Credit Suisse (UK) Ltd;
it holds voting rights in the company through 111,864,725 ordinary shares, amounting to 7.93% of the company’s total voting rights.
