The business and assets have been acquired for a cash consideration of AUD 840,000 together with an additional payment of up to AUD 360,000 payable over two years subject to an achievement of gross margin targets in 2011 and 2012.

Headquartered in Perth, Australia, Western Investigations is a premier supplier of professional investigation services to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Western Investigations specialises in providing insurance companies, financial institutions, legal firms, and other corporations with professional investigation, surveillance and support services. The acquisitions will enhance G4S Compliance and Investigations’ service offerings to Australian customers and around the world.
