G4S plc has declared an interim dividend of DKK 0.2877 payable on 15 October 2010.

In Denmark, the dividend will be calculated by the VP Securities system as a dividend based on the holdings on 10 September 2010, and will be settled on 15 October 2010. We understand that the last day for trading cum dividend on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will therefore be 7 September 2010.
