Notification of major interest in shares
The company was notified on 13 May 2011 by Prudential plc that, through a chain of controlled undertakings, directly and indirectly, it holds voting rights in the company through 71,113,033 ordinary shares, amounting to 5.00% of the company’s total voting rights and that the holding of M&G Group Limited and M&G Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of Prudential Plc) have dropped below 5% and they no longer have a notifiable interest.
