Further to its announcement of 24 April 2012, G4S, the world’s leading international secure outsourcing group, confirms that G4S International (DK) A/S has completed the disposal of G4S Holdings (Polska) Sp. Z.o.o. which, together with its subsidiary companies, comprises all of G4S’s businesses in Poland, to the Polish security firm, Konsalnet Holding S.A., for a cash consideration of PLN 43m (at current exchange rates, £8.108m).
