Dealings by persons discharging managerial responsibility
(Disclosures made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R)
On 2 April 2014 the following persons discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc (“PDMRs”), had released to them their deferred shares granted under the company’s annual bonus scheme relating to the 12 month periods ending 31 December 2008, 31 December 2009 and 31 December 2010 and their shares granted under the company’s 2009 Performance Share Plan which vested in March 2012 (together “the Release”).
Upon the Release, Mrs Cowden sold all those shares and the other PDMRs retained the net shares after selling sufficient shares to fund PAYE withholdings.
