The company was notified on 30 November 2015 that Himanshu Raja, a person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc in the UK on 30 November 2015 at £2.251 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Raja owns beneficially 100,000 G4S plc shares and also has a beneficial interest in 204,570 deferred shares which have been awarded previously under the company’s annual bonus scheme but not yet released.
