G4S plc, the world’s leading security company, today announces the sale of G4S Bulgaria. The disposal is in line with the group's portfolio management strategy to enhance performance and bring greater strategic focus to the business. This will be the ninth business the group has sold since 1 January 2016. The sale is subject to expected clearance from the relevant competition authorities.
