Clarence considers himself a "locally produced" manager, born and raised navtive of Guam ("Heath"---native---hmmm)After graduating from the University of Guam, Clarence answered the "call of duty" and eventually retired from duty as an Army officer, at the rank of Major.
Initially intending to remain retired, Clarence quickly became bored and entered the private security industry. WIth over 400 employees under his command, Clarence has plenty of BBQing to be done.
And take our word...Clarence's BBQ is "finger lickin good" !
