More than likely, with his laptop in his backpack and cellphone on his hip, Phil is dashing around the island, on his Harley motorcycle, heading to his next appointment.Born in the North of England, Phil and his family have made Guam their home since 1996. Spend anytime around him and you will quickly become aware of his passion for rugby and motorcycles. The number of bruises and bandages Phil has on Mondays is a determination of how much fun Phil had on the weekend..."more the better".
Phil's career in the security industry has developed over 15 years, with experience with several international security companies. Entering the industry as a guard supervisor and quickly rose through operations management, sales, branch management and is currently at the helm of the Marianas region as General Manager.
While entrusting most day-to-day operational details to the highly capable Asst. GM, Phil prefers to occupy his time examining & developing new opportunities for the company.
