G4S provides (24) hour alarm and fire system monitoring to 3500+ customers on Guam, Saipan, Tinian and Rota. G4S monitoring systems ensures customer "peace-of-mind" through professional response and a reliable communications network available for both commercial and residential needs.

Here is how the system works:

In the event of an activated alarm (intrusion or fire), a signal is immediately sent to our monitoring station where a highly trained operator implements a predefined series of calls to customer contacts. Simultaneously, a G4S Mobile Patrol Officer may be dispatched to the location, followed by notification to Police & Fire departments and even relatives and neighbors if necessary.
