Proper Screening is the Difference
Even though all Marianas security providers recruit from the same pool of people, G4S's stringent screening process eliminates on average 70% of applicants, ensuring the best people are hired. As standard practice, G4S performs police and court background checks and mandatory drug testing.
Training & Supervision
The most common challenges within the security industry is ensuring Officer performance is consitant with customer expectations and the Officers make judgement decisions that are in the best interest of the customer.
New G4S Officers must complete a (2) day extensive training course before being allowed to work in the field. This assures our customers the Officers assigned to their property will be cable of properly responding to most security related incidents. No other security company in the Marianas invests this much preperation into it's security team.
