Make A Wish Foundation

Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Hong Kong was founded in 1989 as Wishing Well, under the administration of Keswick Foundation. In 1998 it registered as a non-profit charity organisation managed by a group of enthusiastic directors, and became a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation®(International, which has its headquarters in USA. Make-A-Wish Foundation®(of Hong Kong was set up to grant one special wish to children in Hong Kong* who are suffering from a serious or life threatening illness. By doing so, we hope to bring them joy and hope, and create wonderful memories for them and their parents.

G4S is a proud sponsor of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Hong Kong and dedicated 2003, their 40th year of operation in Hong Kong to raising money for the organization.  Throughout that year, besides participating in activities through our Volunteer Staff Services programme, G4S also sold uniformed teddy bears with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish Foundation.  G4S endeavors to help Make-A-Wish in all their activities including Winterfest 2004 and 2005 as well as their Wishing Well at LCX.
