Services

• Replenishment and Cash Forecasting – G4S operates a fleet of armoured vehicles currently delivering cash and valuables.  Quick and efficient replenishment of machines can be customized to meet your needs.  In addition, G4S also offers the option to network your ATM estate in order to monitor cash levels for replenishment scheduling and cash forecasting.  Through our vast experience in replenishment of ATMs, we are able to accurately forecast cash levels to enable you to better serve your customers.
  
• Security Alarm Installation and Monitoring – G4S can offer remote monitoring services to ensure the safety of your ATMs.  Regular patrols can be conducted to monitor and check for machine tampering to protect the integrity of the ATMs, and your end users’ information.
  
• First Line Maintenance – G4S can provide ongoing maintenance of ATMs such as the removal of jammed notes, download of programmes, transfer of receipt paper, collection of captured cards and journal rolls, replenishment of on-site marketing material, installation of ATM screen software, etc.
  
• Second Line Maintenance – Preventative hardware maintenance and supply, parts replacement, upgrades and other minor repairs, can all be conducted by specially trained G4S staff.
  
• Single Line Maintenance – Preventative maintenance and emergency response can be carried-out by G4S cash replenishment crews, thereby eliminating the need for third party meets.
  
• Supply of Hardware and Software Upgrades and Development – G4S can provide compliance testing, technological refreshment guarantees, design of specifications, selection of suppliers, turnkey project management, etc.
  
• ATM Deployment – Through our technology partners, we are able to provide ATMs to our customers from the recommendation of appropriate locations with highest footfall, to financing and provision of the ATMs, installed and monitored to your specific requirements.
