ATM Outsourcing

G4S provides a fully comprehensive enterprise to enterprise outsourcing solution by providing maximum ATM availability, whilst managing and reducing costs as well as financial and security risks.  By monitoring each ATM remotely, G4S is able to ensure any ATM faults and alerts are detected and fixed.  Our sophisticated forecasting system can determine cash order requirements by ATM and send alerts to our cash management team if cash levels run low.  This has the benefit of minimizing cash loads without compromising cash availability.  Our crews are trained to carry out preventative maintenance and extended first line maintenance, thereby increasing first time fix rates.

G4S’ ATM offering has the ability to extend services to the provision of software and hardware, the installation of a switch and even the financing of a new ATM estate.  Our aim is to provide customers with a lower cost alternative to current networks.
