Thorleif was appointed to the board in May 2004 and is chairman of the Audit Committee.

A former chairman of TDC (Tele Danmark Corporation) and former group chief executive of Nykredit A/S, Unibank A/S and Nordea AB,Thorleif is currently chairman of Exiqon A/S and Sport One Danmark A/S.

He is also deputy chairman of H. Lundbeck A/S, ALK-Abello A/S and LFI A/S and a director of Bang & Olufsen A/S, Brightpoint Inc. and the Lundbeck Foundation.
