Arnoldo Pacas
Arnoldo Pacas joined G4S in 1986 as a Security Guard. His commitment and effort was soon recognised and he was given the opportunity through security, supervisory and customer service training to improve his skills both professionally and personally. This soon led to a promotion to General Supervisor, followed shortly after by a further promotion to Account Executive overseeing key accounts for the company.
