Severe typhoon doesn't stop team completing proposal

In the summer of 2007, G4S Taiwan was presented with a complex tender that required completion within one week.  Unfortunately an unexpected and severe typhoon resulted in the government closing businesses for a day in that week.

The Taiwan office, however, was determined to complete the tender so despite the typhoon, all management and support staff gathered and stayed until the early hours to find the best solutions to the proposal.

Through this teamwork, G4S was not only able to submit the proposal on time, but also proved that they were happy to go the extra mile in order to meet customer demand.
