G4S Security Services (Ghana) started from a zero base in August 2003. Due to extensive marketing, excellent service and proven results, G4S Ghana grew into one of the more recognisable security companies in Ghana.
This resulted in G4S Ghana being awarded 1st place for Organic Growth for Small Business in G4S Group as a whole.
The management team of G4S Security Services (Ghana) exists out of six expatriate managers and three local managers from Ghana. The leadership of management is not in any way dictatorial. Our aim is to achieve the perfect association between clients, workforce and managers to ensure the most flourishing and proficient service.
The current guard compliement in Ghana consists of 1,200 trained Security Officers of various rank structures. All Security Officers are fully trained according to G4S Security Services International Standards. After the initial training has been conducted, ongoing refresher training is undertaken in all contract centres. This is to ensure that G4S maintain a superior trained guard force in the field of operations.
Our company is able to supply Integrated Security Solutions to all clients.
