regard to price, quality, logistics and technological know-how will be preferred.

addition, G4S’s suppliers will, wherever possible, be selected based on whether they actively
protect the environment and conduct business in line with high professional, ethical and moral standards.
Through an organisational structure that combines local responsibilities
with the sharing of Best Practice in all aspects of procurement, G4S strive to optimise
the supply base across the Group, buying from the fewest, best suppliers who fully meet G4S’s
needs, today and in the future.
G4S procurement is led
through a matrix of regional strategic procurement centres around the world with the aim of establishing
agreements on global/regional/cluster country basis for key areas of expenditure.
