Today, G4S plays a far greater role around the world in helping the economies of many countries run smoothly. Cash delivery and collection make a significant contribution, but are only two of a host of other services.

The best definition of what we are about is “Secure logistics”, so what better name for our new customer magazine?

Some excellent examples of the range of our security operations:

• The introduction of the Euro in Cyprus, where G4S is the only provider of secure logistics
• The 10-year contract we won with Abbey in the UK, following its decision to outsource its cash management
