G4S IT is setting up a Back office outsourcing service which will provide back office computing services to a wide range of clients across the globe to help them generate efficiencies and cost benefits in their businesses.
G4S IT offers seamless integration between onshore and offshore operations, enabling end users to carry out back-office transactions and activities locally in their respective countries which are ultimately processed offshore. This approach enables us to manage non-core client operations that may require certain tasks to be performed onshore, while the remaining activities are processed from our offshore facilities. State-of-art-IT systems and technology allows our BOC center to access and operate back office applications hosted at client locations or in the BOC.
Complementing our ERP services,our Business Analysts map the end user's current process and look for ways to simplify and improve the process greatly reducing the potential capital investments in IT systems.
Back office applications span across financial systems as well as non-financial systems such as business operations etc.
