G4S cash management includes:
- The management of commercial and central bank cash stocks
- The counting and reconciliation of bank and retailer cash
- The packaging and delivery of cash to be dispensed by ATM machines
The process is the most secure in the region and the only one with a guaranteed safety vault. The process efficiency ensures that the financial institutions have improved cash flow as the collection is processed and credited the same day.
The ATM outsourcing services to financial institutions, retailers and independent ATM network providers includes the forecasting of cash usage, ATM maintenance, Cash replenishment and Reconciliation services
Cash in Transit
This service involves the physical movement of cash, in note or coin form, by ballistic protected vehicles on behalf of financial and retail customers.
G4S cash service has developed innovative systems, which allow efficient planning of routes and services to track the movement of cash and valuables throughout the network.
G4S cash service also transports valuables (including precious metals) within the region/across borders.
Wage Packeting: For the customers who want to have the payday to be well managed. This enables customers to reduce risk of having cash on the premise and transportation of the cash
Overnight Storage: We also offer Overnight storage for businesses that operate beyond the official banking hours.
Cheque Encashment: We collect cheques from the customers and cash the cheques at their banks
Cross Border Movements: We deliver money and travelers cheques to the region- and out of the region –UK & South Africa
Cash Counting & Banking: Where the bank goes to the customer. We count cash on the customer’s premises and bank it on their behalf.
