Fire and Life Safety
Analysis/
Audit
Evaluation: Passive Fire Safety: Fire compartmentation; fire
load (walls, floor and ceiling
materials; fire load (furniture and other moveable items); electrical installations; general housekeeping,
storage and handling of hazardous goods.
- Evaluation:
Active Fire Safety: Fixed and portable fire fighting equipment / systems including but not limited to:
fire water supply; fire pumps, hose reels, wet / dry riser, fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems.
Fixed building fire protection equipment / systems including but not limited to: fire alarm control
panels; heat and smoke detectors; break glass units; emergency and exit lighting; gas detection and
suppression systems.
- Evaluation: Organization, administration and
documentation: Operation and maintenance; system equipment list; approval documents.
- The
above to be examined, evaluated and compared with latest fire and safety codes and current fire engineering
practice.
- Compiling reports, including photographic evidence.
Fire
& life Safety Training (English and/ or Arabic)
Basic
and advanced accredited training in first response fire fighting with portable appliances;
- Basic
and advanced accredited training in Medical First Aid and Life support.
Fire
& Life Safety Systems Review and Design
Peer Review
on fire & life safety designs for life, property and asset protection;
- Complete
design and specification including production of tender documentation for fire and life safety systems
for new and existing buildings to meet customer specific objectives for life, property and asset protection.
