Facility Services
G4S Facility Services was formed as a result of number of requests from
our existing clients to provide them with the services of office assistants, messengers, receptionists
and chauffeurs etc building on our proven track record of utilising skilled, professional and trustworthy
individuals in our existing services. We now supply facility staff for a number of customers who are
all extremely satisfied with the quality of our staff. Their smart uniform and professional approach
enhances the corporate image of our customers.
The

service has proved to be a highly effective management strategy for our customers, helping them reduce
costs and overheads, which has led to the continuing expansion of this division. All personnel are individually selected and trained in view of our customer’s specific profile
requirements and our own standards. They all speak fluent English, and Arabic if required. After specific
training for the position, our courses teach general topics such as people skills, telephone skills
and specialist driving & vehicle maintenance. And as an additional advantage, they benefit from
our expert classes in standard security awareness and practices, including office security & maintenance,
fire prevention & control and first aid & emergency procedures, thus complementing the client’s
existing security arrangements.
