A gruelling marathon encourages teamwork
A team of G4S employees took part in the gruelling Costa Rican Marathon.
This
rare Central American marathon starts from the national stadium, traverses urban and suburban streets
to the airport, and returns to finish where it started.
Heat, nightfall,
the hills and smog of San Jose, and limited municipal support make this a challenging event.
The
G4S team began the race at 0100am and finished 10 hours and 30 minutes later, coming 76th
overall.
As part of the team were Costa Rica’s Country Manager, Controller,
Commercial Manager and Security Officers.
