Fighting HIV & AIDS in Zambia

Team encouraged in their fight agains HIV and AIDS

In commemoration of World Aids Day on 1 December 2007 a group of G4S/Safetech staff participated in a march under the theme ‘Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise.’

The group began the walk in the residential area of Northmead and walked five kilometres ending up at the Lusaka Show Grounds.

Once they arrived at the Show Grounds they were addressed by the Republican Vice President His Honour Mr Rupiah Banda who commended them for the effort in helping in the fight against HIV and Aids.

The team spoke to and encouraged people living with HIV and also presented a cheque to the Lusaka District Commissioner’s office under the Office of the President.
