2009 Interim Dividend

The directors have declared an interim dividend for 2009 of 3.02 pence (DKK 0.2599) payable on 30 October 2009 to shareholders who were on the register on 25 September 2009 (the "record date").

23 September 2009 will be both the "ex-dividend date" and the last date for shareholders on the UK share register to elect to have their dividend paid in DKK.

The last date for shareholders on the UK share register to elect to have their dividend paid in the form of shares under the dividend re-investment plan will be 5 October 2009.
