The Group firmly believes that the five main criteria in providing quality services are:

1. SELECTION: The utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a Group policy. This includes education, age, physical and mental fitness and background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting. further, the Internal Security Department is responsible for verification and background checks and service records of each employee

2. TRAINING: Before deployment, it is mandatory for all G4S employees to undertake a Basic Security Training Course which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties.
In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills they are taught the rudiments of First Aid, Fire Fighting and Self Defense. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employees' career to refresh and further develop their knowledge

3. SUPERVISION: In order to provide quality service, we give a lot of importance to in depth and active on the ground supervision. A strong operations team comprising of Managers, Inspectors and Patrol Supervisors carry out checks o all assignments and guards on a 24 hrs basis.

4. REPORTING: G4S Nepal firmly believe that in order to pre-empt an incident it is extremely important that proper reports are generated right at the grassroots level on a daily basis which are submitted to the operations team and the clients on a regular basis.

5. MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING: As a standard practice in G4S we hold regular meetings with our customers at all levels to discuss the security arrangements, reports and problems if any. These meeting also help us in identifying problem areas, which might build up into a threat or risk at a later stage.
